1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CRM ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
CRM is a client relationship management platform that provides contract management, invoicing, scheduling, and client portal features for independent professionals and businesses.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Upload content that contains malware or harmful code
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
5. Electronic Signatures
The Service provides electronic signature capabilities compliant with the ESIGN Act and UETA. By using electronic signatures through our platform, you consent to conducting transactions electronically. You may withdraw this consent at any time by discontinuing use of the electronic signature feature.
6. Payment Processing
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Your use of payment features is subject to the Stripe Services Agreement. We do not store credit card information on our servers.
7. Data Ownership
You retain all rights to the data you upload to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits availability. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned maintenance.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, subject to legal retention requirements for financial and signed documents.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state law.
